Below you can find information about where your tires are stored, how to book time for tire change and how it is with winter tires.
Appointment for seasonal tire change
The tire centers are always busy as the season for summer/winter tire changes approaches. Therefore, we always recommend that you book an appointment for a wheel change well in advance to ensure that you get in front of the queue and to avoid long waiting time once the weather has changed.
The process for making an appointment for a wheel change depends on whether you are a customer of Super Dæk Service or Euromaster. Read more about booking an appointment at your tire center below.

Super Dæk Service
If you have previously had your tires changed at Super Dæk Service, you should receive an e-mail or an SMS with a pre-booking for your seasonal tire change during Febuary or March and during September or October. Remember to confirm the booking within four days if you wish to keep it. You also have the option to change or delete the pre-booking via the e-mail/SMS. If you have not yet received the e-mail/SMS from Super Dæk Service and if you have previously had your wheels changed at Super Dæk Service, you can book an appointment via My NF Fleet.
If your car is new and you have not had its wheels changed at Super Dæk Service before, please call the agreed Super Dæk Service department and make an appointment for a wheel change. New wheels are in a central warehouse and will not be moved to your local department before you have booked an appointment for a wheel change. Find your local department here.
Euromaster
If you have previously had your tires changed at Euromaster, you should receive a reminder about a seasonal tire change by SMS during February or March and during September or October. If you do not hear anything, it may be because Euromaster does not have your contact information. In that case, you can book a wheel change on Euromaster's website or by contacting Euromaster.
Storage and relocation of tires
At My NF Fleet you can see where your tires are stored, if they are stored at a tire center.
If you want to move your tires to another tire center, you will have to pay a fee of DKK 1,000 plus any actual moving costs. All you have to do if you want to move the tires is to contact NF Fleet's customer service on +45 88 44 40 00. Then we will make sure to have your tires moved.
Leasing cars are delivered with winter tires during the winter
If you receive your leasing car during the period 15 October to 28 February, and winter tires are included in your leasing agreement, the car will automatically be delivered with winter tires. Winter tires are mounted as standard on steel rims without wheel covers.

The rules for the use of studded tires, winter tires and snow chains vary from country to country, and in some countries, it is required, for example, to drive with winter tires during a specific period. Wear indicator and tire change in case of wear
An NF Fleet leasing car is always delivered with tires that have a wear indicator. The tire must be changed, when the indicator is level with the main tread.
