You can easily and quickly book time for a prescribed service inspection of your car online at My NF Fleet. The best thing about it is that you can do it completely independently of the workshop's opening hours, and when it suits you best. Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive a confirmation by email.
We have specifically selected the workshops to perform the services connected to ServiceLink. Therefore, the selection of workshops is limited. This means that it is not possible for you to choose the workshop yourself when choosing ServiceLink, as the workshop is pre-defined based on your geographics and car make.
Round-trip service
When you use ServiceLink, you do not have to worry about the logistics of your service inspection. The workshop will pick up your car before 10 am and return the car the same day before 5 pm. When your car is returned, it will always be cleaned and washed - at no extra cost. However, some car models may be exempt due to their dimensions.
You choose whether the car should be picked up at your home or work address. If the car is to be picked up at the work address, you can simply put the keys in the reception. Depending on the car brand, there may be some geographical areas, which currently are not covered by ServiceLink.
