Fuel cards
NF Fleet cooperates with Cirkle K, Shell, YX, Q8 and OK. You can get a petrol or diesel card from all the fuel companies, and you can choose whether your fuel card should be with or without mileage registration. When you have fuel cards through NF Fleet, you can use My NF Fleet to get an overview of your fuel consumption and much more.

At My NF Fleet under the tab ”Fuel” you can see an overview of your fuel consumption, order or unsubscribe fuel cards and order a new PIN code for the card.
What do you do with the fuel card if you get a new company car?
Is it embossed with your name?
If your fuel card is marked with your name, you simply keep the fuel card even if you change company car. It's yours if your name is on.
Is it marked with the car's registration number?
If your fuel card is marked with a registration number, the card follows the car. This means, for example, that you must need a new fuel card when you return the car at the end of the leasing period. If you take over, exchange or transfer the company car, the new user can also take over the existing fuel card.
Who should you contact if you lose your fuel card?
If you lose your fuel card, it is very important that you make sure that it is frozen, as it is a value card equated with a normal payment card. If you lose your fuel card within normal opening hours, you must contact our customer service on +45 88 44 40 00. Then we will take care of the practicalities.
